My story
I've sat on both sides
of the hiring table.
I didn't start out as a resume writer. I started as someone sitting across the desk from students who were talented, driven, and completely invisible on paper. Working in a university career centre, I watched capable people lose opportunities, not because of who they were, but because of how they were presenting themselves.
That's what pushed me to get serious. I hold both the CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) and NCRW (Nationally Certified Resume Writer), two of the field's most respected credentials, and started doing the work that actually changed outcomes.
When I moved to Israel, I didn't just transplant my skills. I rebuilt them. I spoke directly with recruiters and hiring managers, became one myself, and spent time understanding exactly how ATS systems filter, how the market works, and what a resume needs to do to get noticed.
Over 700 resumes later, I know this: a good resume isn't the goal. It's the opening. Getting that first call is where everything starts, and getting you to that moment is what I do best.
“A great resume doesn't get you the job. It gets you the conversation. That's everything.”
